She was the communications leader for both the automotive Consumer Products business, and the Home and Building Controls business.
  • At Motorola, Kaye was the employee communications leader for the Personal Communications Sector where she developed the Internal Marketing function – a group dedicated to transforming traditional employee communications into strategies that marketed the business, its leaders and its brands to employees in an effort to communicate with them as the shareowners they are, the consumers they are, and the sales and marketing people they should be.
